Be the change. Who says we cannot change anything? Who says that changes should be big? We can change this world for the better place to live in. We can start from small changes and it will become bigger than we expected. So be the change.
The point of this program is to see the problems, to understand the ways to solve them and to make the world better. The target of this program is youngsters talking about social problems by creative way, such as drawing, social art, media, shooting videos. We believe that any change can be done by youngsters, as they meet that problems more often.
APV took place from 6th of June to 9th of June. We had partners, whom we have already known. We have had projects together. And we had new partners, whom we got acquainted with. It will help us to work together easier in August and the project will be more productive as we will have already known each other.
Talking about problems, seeing the solutions of them, trying to rise about them and reveal it to the society is the aim of this project, but it cannot take place without sightseeing. We went to Sagmosavank, which is a 13th-century Armenian monastic complex located in the village of Saghmosavan in the Aragatsotn Province of Armenia. Our participants saw Saghmosavank Church and our breathtaking mountains. Then we went to Sevan Lake. Sevan is considered one of the three great “seas” of historic Armenia. It is the largest body of water in Armenia and the Caucasus region. We saw Sevanavank there, had fun together and met some social problems.
The main exchange will take place on 18-26 August 2019.
Let’s start to make changes today. Let’s start now. Later will be late.
